1. Installation of an agricultural spray system in accordance with NZ CAA approved Master Data List P1495-MDL, Revision 0, dated December 8, 2020, or later NZ CAA approved revision.
2. Operate in accordance with the NZ CAA approved Flight Manual Supplement P1495-FMS, Revision 0, approved December 8, 2020, or later NZ CAA approved revisions
3. Maintain in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness P1495-ICA, Revision 0, dated December 7, 2020, or later NZ CAA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis: For R66 model, based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations sections 21.29, 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is 14 CFR part 27 as amended by Amendments 27-1 through 27-44 including Equivalent Safety Findings and Special Conditions as shown on the Robinson Helicopter Company TCDS number R00015LA.
b. The type certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change is 14 CFR part 27 as amended by Amendments 27-1 through 27-50, and the NZ CAA standards at the amendment levels listed:
