1. Installation of Medevac (EMS) Interior in accordance with KeyTech Corporation Installation Drawing List, Report No. IDL 92-55 dated July 6, 1993 for S/N 6429, Reg No. 365 WM Helicopter.
2. Keystone Helicopter Corp. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM 92-55, FAA approved July 9, 1993, is required with this modification.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
