1. San Joaquin Helicopters Rotorcraft Operations Manual Supplement No. 1 for the UH-1B, FAA Approved March 18, 1993 or later FAA Approved Revision.

2. San Joaquin Helicopters Rotorcraft Maintenance Manual Supplement No. 1 is required for the STC.

3. San Joaquin Helicopters Rotorcraft Installation Instructions Report SJH-UH1-005 is required for this STC.

4. Aircraft modified by this STC are limited for use per FAR 21.93(b)(4) to:

a) Agricultural aircraft operations as defined in FAR 137.3 effective January 1, 1966 and for dispensing of Fire Fighting Materials.

b) External Load Operations. Carrying of External Loads as defined in FAR 133.1.(b), effective December 20, 1976.

5. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

6. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet, Flight Manual Supplement, and Maintenance Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
