1. Installation of Coulson Aircrane Limited (CAL) Hoist Replacement Parts must be done in accordance with CAL Master Drawing List R-SH61-11157-MDL, Rev. 01, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved February 11, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be done in accordance with CAL Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Report R-SH61-11157-ICA, Rev. IR, TCCA accepted January 14, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to Sikorsky Aircraft Model S-61N is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Sikorsky Aircraft Model S-61N as shown on TCDS 1H15 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for Sikorsky Aircraft Model S-61N as shown on TCDS 1H15 for parts changed or affected by the change with the following additions:

• 14 CFR Part 29 at Amendment 29-3

• 14 CFR Part 29.865 at Amendment 29-43
