This approval is limited to the installation in Robinson Model R22 aircraft, Serial No. 0194, R/N N9071K, only. When this camera is installed, the aircraft must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of the Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated December 14, 1993, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of this Certificate and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
