For aircraft equipped with SNC Eagle Downlink System, RFMS 145FMS-502 Rev A dtd 07/15/11, or later ODA approved revision, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 145MMS-018 Rev B dtd 06/16/11, or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Certification Basis Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for all configurations is the same as TCDS H13EU, Rev. 17, dated April 12, 2018 except for the following:
