A copy of this certificate, continuation sheet, and FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement (FMS) dated February 1, 1994, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft. This continuation sheet, which is part of STC No. SR00059SE, prescribes the conditions and limitations under which the product for which the STC was issued meets the standards for airworthiness of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

The conditions and limitations of Type Certificate Data Sheet No. H1SW apply except where superseded by the following:

Required Equipment: Rotorcraft must be equipped with Bell High Skid Gear and Cargo Sling Mirror.

Type of Operation: Rotorcraft with this modification may be operated in day VFR conditions in restricted category only.

Elight Manual Supplement: Refer to the limitations section of the FAA approved flight manual supplement (FMS) dated February 1, 1994 or later FAA approved revision for airspeed limitations, weight and center of gravity limitations, crew limitations, and required placards.
