1. Installation of Extended Port Seat Rail must be done in accordance with Avio Design Group Inc. (Avio dg) Modification Instruction as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00094IB.

2. Definition of the Type Design Change is found in Avio dg Master Data List as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00094IB.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. A placard is required to be secured to the instrument panel in clear view of the front seat occupant instructing the occupant of the port seat that the seat is to be located and locked in its forward position for take-offs and landings.

4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make and Models as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00094IB.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00094IB, issued January 26, 2023, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
