2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4) Aircraft with this STC embodied must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness STC.OAL.010-ICA Issue 6 dated 28 September 2016, or later FAA accepted revision.

5) Aircraft installing this STC must have Airbus Helicopter high skid gear (p/n 350A82-4010-03).
