3) A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4) Aircraft with this STC embodied must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness OAL313-STC-350-ICA-0001 Revision 4 dated 31 January 2017, or later FAA accepted revision.

5) Aircraft installing this STC must have Airbus Helicopter high skid gear (p/n 350A82-4010-03).
