Description of the Type Design Change:

Installation of provisions for structural hardpoints for use with a Bendix King RS 181A Radar Receiver Transmitter Antenna in accordance with Rocky Mountain Helicopters, Inc. Drawing No. RMH 350-7017, Revision N/C, dated April 4, 1994 or later FAA approved revision.

1. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

2. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other rotorcraft. This approval is limited to the installation in a Eurocopter France AS-350B (S/N 1065 only).

3. Structural hardpoints provisions to be used for Bendix King RS 181A Radar Sensor only.

4. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
