1. Manufacture of Cargo Hook Mount for Side Pull Operations must be in accordance with Mustang Helicopters Inc. (MHI) Master Document List as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00118IB; and Installation must be in accordance with MHI Installation Instructions as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00118IB.

2. Operation must be in accordance with MHI Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement as shown on the (See continuation sheet 3)

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make and Models as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00118IB.

4. Onboard Systems’ Swing Suspension System per FAA STC SR01164SE for AS350 models or SR01424SE for AS355 models are required equipment for this modification.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00118IB, issued June 13, 2023, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
