1. Pratt & Whitney Engine Services, Inc., Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement for Eurocopter France, Models AS355E, AS355-F, AS355-F1, AS355F2, and AS355N, Doc. No. CYCLE-T-250-2, Revision -, approved May 22, 2001, or later FAA-approved revision, is required with this modification.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The SmartCycle Twin Engine Monitoring System is designed as an electronic aid for recording engine trend and cycle data.
This system does not eliminate the requirement for manual recording of engine operating data required by the FAA-approved operating specifications and maintenance programs.
