1. Installation of LH and RH Vertical Reference Door(s) must be in accordance with Transwest Helicopters Ltd.

Master Data List as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00145IB.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Transwest Helicopters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplements as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00145IB.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Transwest Helicopters Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiiness as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00145IB.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. For Bell 412 and 412EP Models, this STC is limited to Serial Number ranges from 33001 to 33213 and from 36001 to 36999.

4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for all other Makes-Models.

5. Approved Force Trim and Cargo Release switches must be mounted on the left (co-pilots) cyclic.

6. Flight instrumentation on the left instrument panel to be installed per Bell SI 205-3 or SI 205-43, SI 212-1, SI 214-4 or SI 412-10 with the torque meter and tachometer subsequently removed from the LH instrument panel and installed in the Vertical reference door.

7. Bell Dual Flight controls must be installed per Bell SI 205-1, SI 212-4, SI 214-5 or SI 412-13.

8. Approved LH pedal operated mechanical cargo release is required.

9. For aircraft equipped with AFCS (Automatic Flight Control System), an approved AFCS release switch must be installed on the LH cyclic.

10. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00145IB, issued October 27, 2023, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
