1. Installation of the Integrated Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) must be in accordance with RMCI, Inc. MD 369 XRDS Engineering Order RMCI-000256, Revision 0, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved May 1, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision and RMCI, Inc. MD 369 Master Data List RMCI-000088, Revision 5, TCCA approved May 1, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with RMCI, Inc. MD 369 XRDS Instructions for Continued Airworthiness RMCI-000090, Revision 3, dated May 11, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified MD Helicopters, LLC 369D, 369E, 369F, and 369FF is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the MD Helicopters, LLC 369D, 369E, 369F, and 369FF as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H3WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the MD Helicopters, LLC 369D, 369E, 369F, and 369FF for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS H3WE with the following exceptions:

27.561, 27.601, 27.603, 27.605, 27.609, 27.611, 27.613, 27.619, 27.625,
