1. Installation of SKYTRAC SDL-350 Flight Following/SATCOM System (Provisions Only) must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Master Data List MDL21044, Revision A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved August 30, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA21044, Revision NC, TCCA accepted on August 29, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Models.
4. This approval is limited to the Installation of SKYTRAC SDL-350 Flight Following/SATCOM System (Provisions Only). The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment.
The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Leonardo S.p.a. AB139 and AW139 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Leonardo S.p.a. AB139 and AW139 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) R00002RD for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Leonardo S.p.a. AB139 and AW139 for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS R00002RD with the following exceptions:
