1. Installation of the Garmin G500H TXi Flight Display System must be in accordance with Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-E212-2006, Rev. D, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved May 23, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation of the Garmin GTN 650Xi, 750Xi, and GTX 345R Transponder must be in accordance with Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-212-002, Rev. A, TCCA approved May 23, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

4. Operation of the Garmin GTS 855 TCAS 1 must be in accordance with Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-212-004, Rev. A, TCCA approved May 23, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-E212-2006, Rev. D, dated March 7, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revision.

4. Definition of Type Design Change is found in Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. Master Document List MDL-212-003, Rev. A, TCCA approved May 23, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. FAA STC SR02831NY (Eagle Single Engine Conversion) is a prerequisite to this approval.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Bell Textron Inc. 212 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Bell Textron Inc. 212 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H4SW for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
