See attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00173SE for a list of approved rotorcraft models and applicable regulations Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Concorde Battery Corporation Part Number RG-380E/40, manufactured in accordance with Concorde Battery Drawing No. CB-00150, Rev. D, or later FAA approved revision and installed in accordance with the installation instructi ons specified on the FAA Approved Model List (AML) of this STC, or later FAA-approved Revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the rotorcraft models listed on the AML only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those oth er previously approved modification, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this STC and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00173SE, must be maintained as part of the perman ent records for the modified rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
