1. OuterLink Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. D000 -1008, Revision -, dated December 30, 2003, or later FAA-approved revision, is required with this modification.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed in OuterLink Corporati on AML D000 -1010, or later FAA-accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
