1. Installation of alternate Cabin Door Latches to replace OEM door locks in accordance with Master Document List P1681-MDL-R2, revision 2, dated December 19, 2023, maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness P1681-ICA-R3, revision 3, dated December 19, 2023.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
