Installation of miscellaneous medical support equipment in aft cabin area, in accordance with Air Methods Corporation Master Drawing List No. 111-9005, Rev N/C, dated September 19, 1995, or later FAA approved Limitations and Conditions:
1. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.
2. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in a Bell Helicopter 206L-3, Serial Number 51398 only.
3. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
