4. RFMS - Comply with Flight Manual Supplement listed below.

a. Boeing RFMS - D139-10276-2, Rev A dated 5/30/2023, FAA Approved 6/21/2023 or later FAA Approved revision.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Prerequisite(s):

a. Pre-modification configuration is a baseline Leonardo S.p.a. Model AW139 in the long nose configuration. In addition the following Leonardo S.p.a. Type Certificate (TC) and After Type Certificate (ATC) modifications are required to the baseline AW139 for this STC:

Certification Basis:

1. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.101 and 21.115, and the FAA policy for non-significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this design change modification is as follows:

a. The existing type certification basis for Leonardo S.p.a. Model AW 139 series as shown on FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) R00002RD for parts not altered nor affected by the design change.

b. The certification basis for parts altered or affected by the design change since the reference date of project application is based upon part 29 as amended through Amendment 29-45 as listed in the TCDS.
