1. Installation of Crew Bubble Window must be in accordance with VIH Aerospace (VIHA) Master Document List V145-2219-MDL, Rev. N/R, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved March 5, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with VIHA Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Report No:
V145-2219-ICA, Rev. N/R, TCCA accepted March 5, 2024, or later TCCA accepted revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Operation must be in accordance with VIHA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Document No: V145-2219-FMS, Rev. N/R, TCCA approved March 5, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Models.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified AIRBUS HELICOPTERS DEUTSCHLAND GmbH MBB-BK 117 D-2 & MBB-BK 117 D-3 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the AIRBUS HELICOPTERS DEUTSCHLAND GmbH MBB-BK 117 D-2 & MBB-BK 117 D-3 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H13EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the AIRBUS HELICOPTERS DEUTSCHLAND GmbH MBB-BK 117 D-2 & MBB-BK 117 D-3 for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS H13EU with the following exception:
14 CFR 29.773(a) at Amendment 29-57.
