3. Leonardo S.p.a. AW139 Rotorcraft Flight Manual 139G0290X002 Supplements 11, 43, 50 and 66 and Boeing STC SR00186MC RFMS D139-10276-2 must be available in the aircraft to provide operating limitations and performance information when operating in accordance with this STC.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. This design approval is limited to government/military use only.

6. Installation of the NVIS compatible cockpit lighting does not include or imply approval for flight operations with Night Vision Goggles (NVG). The operator must receive approval from their operational authority to operate with NVG. Any deviation to the cockpit/cabin configuration specified in the type design of this STC may affect the compatibility of NVIS and may require a re-evaluation for NVG compatibility by the FAA Certification Branch. Once the aircraft is modified with this STC, any future modification to the aircraft may also affect the compatibility of NVIS and may require a re-evaluation for NVG compatibility by the FAA Certification Branch.

7. This STC includes alternate levels of FAA approvals (provisions only and safe-carriage) per FAA Order 8110.101A. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which provisions are intended. The FAA has not certified the operation of the equipment for which the safe carriage approvals were issued.

Further FAA approval must be obtained to install and/or operate the equipment to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
