FAA Form 8110-2 (03/21) Approval of this change type design applies only to basic Schweizer Model 269D helicopters. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
Rotorcraft equipped with this spray system must be operated in accordance with Isolair Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated June 22, 1995, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of Supplemental Type Certificate SR00210SE and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be carried in the modified rotorcraft at the times.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
