Description of the Type Design Change: Configuration A: Fabrication and Installation of rear seat shoulder harnesses per Geneva Aviation Master Drawing List GA 159, Revision A, dated June 14, 1995, or later FAA approved revision. Configuration B: Fabrication and Installation of rear seat shoulder harnesses per Dart Aerospace USA, Inc. Master Document List MDL-D350-764, Revision A, dated August 30, 2007, or latter approved FAA revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This modification may be installed in conjunction with the rear seat modification in accordance with STC SH5119NM. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
