Airport Loop Road, Show Low, AZ 85901 * * * * Approval of this change in type design applies to basic Bell Model UH-1H rotorcraft as defined on Restricted Category Type Certificate No. H15NM, H7SO, R00004RC equipped with a Bel1 212 tail boom modification installed in accordance with Helipro Corporation International Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) No. SR00267SE. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

Rotorcraft equipped with this engine modification must be operated in accordance with Idaho Helicopter, Inc.
Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. IHI-95-2, dated July 29, 1997, or later FAA-approved revision. The modified rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with Idaho Helicopters, Inc. Maintenance Manual List No.
UH-1H/T53-L-703, dated November 20, 1995, or later FAA-approved revisions.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
