3.) Inspection and maintenance requirements are to be accomplished per Air Methods support document AMMS 050-0229, initial release, dated November 7, 1996, or later approved revision.

4.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
