1. Pro Star Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 20819-RFMS-01, Revision A, dated March 18, 2011, or later FAA-approved revisions, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Pro Star Document Number 20819-ICA-01, Revision C, dated October 6, 2010, or later FAA accepted revisions, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
