1. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication on other aircraft. This approval is limited to Bell 206L-3, Serial Number 51345 only.

2. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement RFMS 080-0235, initial release, approved 8/5/97 or later FAA approved revision is required.

3. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is deterined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previousiy approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

4. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the pemanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
