Installation of external Cargo Hookup Mirror in accordance with Firefly, Inc. Drawing HUM-1000-R66, Revision B, dated 11/15/11, or later FAA-approved revision.
1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Firefly, Inc. Document FF-CHM-ICA-R66, Revision Original, dated 10/13/2011, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
Firefly Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number HUM1000-A-R66, Revision A, dated November 8, 2011, or later FAA-approved revisions, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.
3. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce and adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
