Approval of this change in type design applies to the model aircraft listed on AML SR00326SE only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other changes in type design will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. Modified rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with Geneva Aviation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) document as listed on AML SR00326SE. A copy of this certificate, the AML, the MDL, the RFMS, and the ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
