Installation of Video Tracker System in accordance with Paravion Technology, Inc. Master Drawing List DL269VT-100, revision N/C, dated October 21, 1998, FAA approved dated December 4, 1998 or later FAA approved revision.
1. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, PR-269VT-100M, dated December 4, 1998 or later FAA approved revision is required.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. A copy of this Certificate and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated December 4, 1998 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
