1. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, PR-206LM-110B, dated April 12, 1999, or later FAA approved revision is required for installation on Bell Helicopter Textron Models 206A and 206B.
2. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, PR-206LM-110L, dated April 12, 1999, or later FAA approved revision is required for installation on Bell Helicopter Textron Models 206L, 206L-1, 206L-3, and 206L-4.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement dated April 12, 1999, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission .
