1. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, PR-369LM-110M, dated April 12, 1999, or later FAA approved revision is required.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement dated April 12, 1999, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Paravion Technology, Inc. Document No. PR-369LM-120M, Revision 0, dated February 14, 2007, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation for installations performed after June 30, 2008.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
