2. Configuration must be in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Master Drawing List No. MDL-98-009, Revision C, dated July 25, 2003, TCCA approved August 3, 2004, or later TCCA approved revisions.

1. Operation must be in accordance with the following Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplements:

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
