1. Installation of carbon fiber floor panels manufactured in accordance with Keytech Manufacturing Drawing List, Report Number MDL95-81, dated January 16, 1996.
2. Floor panels must be installed in accordance with Keytech Installation Drawing List, Report Number IDL95-81, dated January 16, 1996.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
