3. For AS350BA and AS350B2:

Configuration 1: AS350BA any serial number and AS350B2 pre-mod AMS07-3274 - See Limitation 1: P /N 350-400004.

Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-7, Revision 9, Transport Canada approved May 31, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

Configuration 2: AS350B2 post-mod AMS07-3274 - See Limitation 1: P /N 350-400004.

Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-7, Revision 9, TCCA approved May 31, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

4. For AS350B3:

Configuration 1: AS350B3 up to and including S/N 3321 pre-mod AMS07-2816 - See Limitation 2: P /N 350-400074.

Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-19, Revision 6, TCCA approved May 31, 2023, or later TCCA approved revisions.

Configuration 2: AS350B3 S/N 3322 and subsequent, or earlier S/N post-mod AMS07-2816 - See Limitation 2 and pre-mod AMS07-3274 - See Limitation 1:

Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-37, Revision 6, TCCA approved May 31, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

Configuration 5: AS350B3 post-mod AMS07-20112: P /N 350--400164-07.

Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-37, Revision 6, TCCA approved May 31, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.

5. For all configurations: Maintenance must be performed in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-ECL-168, Revision 7, TCCA accepted June 1, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Aircrafts post-mod OP4305 and pre-mod AMS07-20112 with instrument panel layouts that deviate from the available configurations of P/N 350-400164 will require additional certification.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

6. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Airbus Helicopters AS350B2, AS350B3, and AS350BA is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B2, AS350B3, and AS350BA as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H9EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B2, AS350B3, and AS350BA for parts changed or affected by the change is the applicable TCDS in addition to:
