3.) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document number ICA-135005-1, "Exterior Lighting Systems", Revision IR, dated August 28, 2000, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

4.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
