Installation of a Night Vision Goggle (NVG) compatible equipment for operation of ITT AV4949 Night Vision Imaging Systems in accordance with Rocky Mountain Holdings Master drawing List MDL 022598 Revision B, dated December 11, 1998 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by installer.

2. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, both Document No. FMS-135004-1 and -2, and Revision IR, dated December 20, 2000 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. ICA-135004-1 and -2, entitled, "NVIS Compatible Supplemental Lighting System", and "Night Vision Imaging System, AV4949 and NVIS Compatible Lighting Filtration System", respectively, Revision Original, dated November 29, 2000 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. NG Training Program, Document No. RMH-12182000 dated December 19, 2000 or later FTW-AEG approved revision is required.

6. Operation is limited to Air Carriers with conduct On-Demand and 14 C.F.R. 91 operations.
