1. Installation of Left Hand and/or Right Hand Cargo Mirrors must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Master Drawing List as listed on AML No. SR00457NY.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed on AML No. SR00457NY.

3. Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement as listed on AML No.

SR00457NY.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA Approved Model List No. SR00457NY, issued on July 16, 2020, or later Transport Canada approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
