3 350-200144-01 and 350-200144-03 Complete installation, for aircraft, which do not include installations listed in Configurations 4 and 6.
4 350-200144-02 and 350-200144-03 Complete installation, for aircraft with Geneva Aviation Modified Rear Bench Seat installed per STC SH5119NM, amended May 5, 1995.

3. Operation must be performed in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-108, Rev.2, approved June 24, 2004, or later TCCA approved revisions.
4. Maintenance must be performed in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Inst ructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA- ECL-126, Rev.0 accepted June 24, 2004, or later TCCA accepted revisions.
5. This modification is not compatible with dual controls. If dual controls are installed, the front litter mounting brackets must be removed.

6. Compatibility of this design change with previously appr oved modifications must be determined by the installer.
7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
