1. FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. FMS-117065-1, Revision IR, dated November 16, 2001, or later FAA approved revision is required for Supplemental Lighting System installation.
2. FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. FMS-117065-2, Revision IR, dated November 16, 2001, or later FAA approved revision is required for LED Cockpit/Cabin Dome Light installation.
3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. ICA-117065-1, entitled “Supplemental Lighting Systems”, Revision IR, dated May 9, 2001, or later FAA accepted revision is required for Supplemental Lighting System installation.
4. Instructions for Continued Airworth iness, Document No. ICA-117065-2, entitled “LED Cockpit/Cabin Dome Light”, Revision IR, dated May 9, 2001, or later FAA accepted revision is required for LED Cockpit/Cabin Dome Light installation.
5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
