3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to used this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. A copy of this certificate and the appropriate flight manual supplement as listed above must be maintained as part of the permanent record for the altered aircraft.

5. If this STC is installed on an AW119 MKII model with auxiliary generator (TH119 Navy Trainer configuration), in accordance with Air Comm Corporation Master Drawing List Report DL-A119-2, Revision B, dated June 28, 2021; FAA approved on July 27, 2021, or later FAA approved revision, then installation of STC SR02520AK is also required.

6. If this STC is installed on an AW119 MKII model with auxiliary generator (TH119 Navy Trainer configuration), Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Air Comm Corporation Report A119-218M-1, Revision 0, dated April 30, 2021; FAA accepted July 22, 2021, or later FAA accepted revision is then required for this installation.

7. If this STC is installed on an AW119 MKII model with auxiliary generator (TH119 Navy Trainer configuration), FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Document No.

A119-1, Revision 9, dated June 30, 2021, or later FAA approved revision is then required.
