Installation of a rear locker extender in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions as listed on AML No. SR00463NY.

1. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness listed on AML No. SR00463NY is required for this installation.

2. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement Listed on AML No. SR00463NY is required with this installation.

3. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR00463NY must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
