Limitations and Conditions
1. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with Alpine Aerotech, Ltd. Document No. 191M-96-028-MMS, Rev. NI, Transport Canada accepted August 25, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
