Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of the Enhanced Vision System in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Paravion Technology Inc. Master Drawing List Document No. DL- 212/412EV-100, Revision F, dated May 22, 2007, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by installer.
2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. PR-212/412EV-120M, entitled, “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness,” Revision 3, dated May 7, 2007, or later TCCA accepted revision is required for this installation.
3. A copy of this certificate and TCCA approved Paravion Technology Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. PR-212/412EV-100M, Revision 1, dated March 28, 2007, or later TCCA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
