Installation of Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) in accordance with Master Drawing List DL- 333LD-100, Revision B, dated May 3, 2005, FAA approved May 5, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Paravion Technology, Inc Report PR-333LD-120M, Revision 0, dated March 23, 2005, FAA accepted May 3, 2005, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No.
PR-333LD-100M, Revision 0, dated May 5, 2005, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
3. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate an d the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
