The installation of Dart Aerospace Ltd. Heli-Access-Steps is to be carried out in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Drawing No.

IIN-D205-633, Rev. A, dated June 14, 2002, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Dart Aerospace Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS-D205-633, Rev. B, dated February 24, 2003, or later Transport Canada approved revision is required with this modification.

2. Inspection of the installation to be performed in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D205-633, Rev. 0 dated June 18, 2002 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List {AML} No. SR00594NY, issued January 27, 2005, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
