Installation of SAGEM AP85 Two-Axis Autop ilot System in accordance with Air Methods Corporation Master Data Index (MDI) No. 181-9071, Revision “-“, dated June 14, 2006, FAA approved June 26, 2006, or later FAA approved revision.
1. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.
2. A copy of this Certificate and F AA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Number 080-0325, Rev. “-“, dated June 15, 2006, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report AMMS 050-0392, Rev, D, dated May 22, 2006, FAA accepted June 22, 2006, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this cert ificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. Note: STC SR00597DE-D, SAGEM Integrated Cockpit Display System (ICDS), is a required installation for this STC.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
